I started a career in the administration which quickly led me to act as analyst and project manager in IT services of the General Direction of Public Finances. For several years, I participated in digital transformation projects with the aim of improving the quality of services provided to users and agents. The dematerialization process has simplified the relationship between the administration and its users by offering online services available 24/24, while reducing operating costs.

In 2017, I joined the Ministry of Europe and Foreign Affairs as Project Manager Modernization. On this occasion, I took part in workshops on digital identity and its various use cases within the missions of the French Nationals Abroad and Consular Administration. For example, projects like dematerialization of civil status certificates or electronic voting are in progress and will include a digital identity.
