Antonio Maio has more than 20 years of experience in consulting and public sector organizations. With an academic background in Computer Engineering, his experience includes designing and building information systems, as well as strategic IT planning for customers in domains like Police, Health and Foreign Affairs. Antonio was a member of the team that designed the Portuguese national eID card (Citizen Card), launched in 2008. Currently, he leads INCM’s Digital Security unit, responsible for the personalization software of identification and travel documents and for the development of new digital offerings.
