Kjell Olav Skogen is the founder and CEO at Commfides Norge AS, Norwegian Certificate Authority serving both Norwegian Government Agencies and the Nordic Region Business sector with e-ID’s, e-seals and related security solutions.

Before founding Commfides, Mr. Skogen was a technology entrepreneur assisting start –ups as well established corporations in merging to digitalization. Mr. Skogen holds a number of board leader- and memberships in the financial and technology sector.

Mr. Skogen has more than 20 years of experience in applying information security solutions in the public sector as well as different industries in Norway and in Pan-European programs.
