eTalk: A Decade of Disruption - what the next decade holds for Digital ID in Estonia, Europe and globally

The last 15 years have been a time of relatively slow and gradual development in the world of electronic identity. The next 10 years will be nothing like the previous 15 for the world of eID. Governments and the private sector will be pulled into a series of technological, political and societal developments that make disruptive change inevitable. What can governments do about all this?
