Alliance pour la Confiance Numérique (ACN) represents stakeholders providing services, solutions and technologies that increase trust in the digital world. ACN aims to federate all French players in digital trust and to contribute to the consolidation of the security sector in France.
As part of their cooperation, ACN and the eID Forum will support their respective communications and share knowledge to make the content of the event even more fascinating than previous years. ACN will provide the event with speaker(s) from the industry and/or public administration.
ACN works to (1) identify the needs to develop research and technology, and (2) the consolidation and development of an industrial ecosystem in France. The Association provides technological, normative and industrial responses in four main areas:
Security: to provide State with technologies, solutions and products enabling it to ensure its security in the digital world;
Sovereignty: to preserve and develop the scientific and technological capital of the nation, and the industrial and technology sovereignty of France;
Competitiveness: to preserve and develop the competitiveness of French industry, by promoting technical nuggets, by supporting the Small and Medium-sized Enterprises (SMEs) that develop them and by supporting companies for export;
Influence: exchange with French public authorities to define and promote the vision of the industry and promote a French vision at European level.
ACN members comprise companies in the entire digital trust ecosystem: SMEs, mid-market companies, large companies, Research centres. Associate members are Federations, professional associations and French clusters of competitiveness, and invited members are mainly state services.
ACN, as an official partner, will participate on the agenda at the eID Forum 2019 in Tallinn, Estonia.
